General objective
At the end of year 2020, 90% of the drug surrenderers in Barangays Tumapic, San Jose, Lower Salug Dako, DCM and Balamban will be delisted.
Specific objective

To increase the number of households practicing proper solid waste segregation from 70% to 90%, composting practices from 38% to 50% for biodegradable wastes and use of garbage collection system from 18% to 50% for non-biodegradable wastes in Barangay San Jose by the year 2020.
